SHOTT uses generous amounts of peak of freshness, naturally high antioxidant ingredients, little to no water, and rich cane sugar to slow cold brew their fruits so they naturally have a long shelf life. They also use the natural compound Potassium Sorbate which in liquid becomes sorbic acid, the natural food preserving compound from mountain ash tree berries.
