SHOTT syrups are slow cold-brewed in New Zealand with pure cane sugar and real fruit, and they've been made naturally for over 50 years. They're shelf-stable even after opening, so you can treat them like an open bottle of bourbon, tequila, or gin. No refrigeration, no waste. They come in recycled PET liter bottles.

Gomme Cane Sugar. A richer, silkier upgrade to simple syrup, made with natural acacia resin. Think of it as your bar's chicken stock: the blank-palette workhorse behind everything. Mix 1 liter Gomme with 1 quart Kennesaw Lime for a killer house margarita and sour mix. It also triples the shelf life of the lime juice.

Orgeat Almond. Smoother than most orgeats, with intense flavor that mixes beautifully. Essential for a Mai Tai, and a knockout with lemon, gin, and bitters in an Army & Navy.

Cinnamon. Naturally intense. Mix 1 part SHOTT Cinnamon with 4 parts Kennesaw Grapefruit for Don's Mix, the addictively complex backbone of tiki cocktails. (Bonus: it triples the juice's shelf life.)

Turmeric, Lemon, Ginger & Honey. Balanced botanicals. Blend 2 parts with 1 part Kennesaw Lemon for an exotic sour mix that shines in gimlets, whiskey sours, toddies, daiquiris, Bee's Knees, Gold Rushes, and amaro sours.

Banana. Sweet, ripe, real banana. It practically orders the rum for you.

Mango. 56% mango. Crazy good with a touch of habanero, ginger, curry, or Kennesaw Lime.

Raspberry. Like liquid jam packed with real fruit. Makes a two-ingredient raspberry soda, plus bourbon smashes, margaritas, specialty martinis, sorbets, and an instant coulis with Kennesaw Lemon.

Passionfruit. 56% passionfruit. Nothing on the market comes close on flavor or value.

Pomegranate (Real Grenadine). 52% pomegranate, with dramatic color and deep, balanced flavor. A go-to for cocktails with or without spirits.

Tahitian Lime & Mint. Add soda for no-muddle Mojitos and Nojitos, or mix with equal parts Kennesaw Lemon for a freakishly vibrant sour.

Pink Guava. 41% fruit. Bright and aromatic, it tastes like guava squeezed by hand. Available November 1.

Manuka Honey. Made from the blossoms of New Zealand's native manuka tree, by descendants of the honeybees Mary Bumby brought from England in 1839, this is one of nature's most legendary sweeteners and the secret to a batch-worthy Bee's Knees.

Manuka Bee's Knees (batch): 1L SHOTT Manuka + 2L gin + 1 quart Kennesaw Lemon. Shake and strain 120ml per drink. Makes 32 cocktails.

Yerba Mate Energy (Blackcurrant & Lime). A craft energy drink, just add soda. Made with yerba mate, green coffee extract, guarana, and blackcurrant.

SHOTT uses generous amounts of peak-fresh fruit, very little water, and rich cane sugar, slow cold-brewed for a naturally long shelf life. A touch of citric acid (the tartness in lemons) adds balance, and small amounts of potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, common food-safe preservatives, keep them fresh after opening. Those are the hardest-to-pronounce words you'll find on the label.
